Her CrossFit Story
My first CrossFit class was the first day of my CrossFit Level 1 Seminar. I was at a year-long military professional education course, and I knew if I wasn’t deliberate about working out, I would struggle physically and mentally. I thought CrossFit might be a good option when one of my instructors mentioned that there was going to be a Level 1 seminar on post. I never looked back!

What are some of your health/fitness accomplishments?
My health and fitness accomplishments are centered around helping others. Some of my greatest celebrations have been when my athletes accomplish a new skill or achieve a personal goal. Whether it’s your first strict pull-up or a PR on benchmark WOD, I am here to help you achieve it!
What’s your passion?
I find joy in meeting people where they are at on their journey and helping them with the next steps along the path to their goals. For some, it’s building strength. For others, it’s functional independence. Regardless of where you’re at on your journey (or where that journey is taking you), I want to be a part of your success!
