We work very hard at what we do. We even work hard to keep our costs low so we can pass the savings to you making fitness affordable.

Our pricing is simple, straight forward, and affordable.
We have two group fitness programs to choose from.

Unlimited visits - $164 per month- 60 minute group fitness Class

Our Focus
We focus on small group fitness. Our 60 minute classes have less than 15 people in each class. This enables us to give you the guidance and attention you deserve. Our fitness coaches walk you through each and every step of the class. We explain the warm ups and workouts. We demonstrate and teach the movements you will be doing. Our workouts are different every day so there is a lot of variety and it's never the same routine over and over.
