I met two xendurance supplement reps on the way back from cheer nationals and they invited me to help work their supplement booth at an upcoming event. It turns out this was partially a CrossFit competition and I met the owners of a gym in my local area and invited me to come try it out. Coming off of an era where I had just finished the last of my college athletic career, the opportunity to try something new was exciting. The challenge of something new everyday, the mix of the gymnastics and competitive adrenaline, and the community culture hooked me ever since. |
What are some of your health/fitness accomplishments?
Bringing my mom to CrossFit for the first time, being a part of a regionals team way back in the day
What’s your passion?
Seeing gym members believe in themselves a little bit more everyday. When someone does something they never thought they could do, it fires me up.
